This sighting of a freshwater species is misplaced under 'Marine invertebrates'. It should be under 'Other arthropods: Crustaceans: Other crustaceans' (Other Crustaceans).

It is a fish louse - Isopod, Suborder Flabellifera but that is as close as I can get.
