All black and at first glance looks just like a beetle.
Beetles have hardened forewings (elytra), bugs have exposed soft forewings.
Beetles have chewing mouthparts, bugs have a rostrum for sucking up juices which is normally tucked up underneath between the legs so not visible from above.
Adrisa - second of four antennae segments is longest.
