No. Atrans occurs in the Snowy Mtns and ACT, and the tip of the dorsal sepal curves down very strongly. However it does not look quite like the common grandiflora - no sign of the usual russet colouring and the sinus not quite right.
It is a good idea with orchids to wait till the labellum (the tongue in the middle) resets and becomes visible again for a front on photo. Its colour and shape are very helpful for the ID.
