Charles this is a Lichenomphalia (formerly Omphalina) species. I suspect O. umbellifera, one I've often, seen grouped in with L. chromacea (a species which is chrome yellow at maturity). These fungi often grow in peaty soil and with mosses. Though they are always in association with algae, forming a lichen. What a delightful photo of a minature garden.
