It does not appear to br twining which suggests it is climbing by adventitious (small roots that attach to the support) roots. I get the impression that the backs of the leaves are yellowish green.
I don’t think it is Marsdenia. I can see no sign of clusters of small glands at the bases of the leaf blades.
When plants are not in flower, it really needs someone really familiar with a particular area, who can identify plants on sight.
