'Blue Flag' Patersonia occidentalis.?

Patersonia occidentalis only occurs naturally in WA. To ID local plants to species level, good photos showing the bases of the leaves and of the flower stalks, and showing details of the leaf edges, are needed. The flowers basically look all the same.
