Great looking fungus. Sorry I can't take it to species, too difficult to be 100% certain from a photo. There are a number of species in this genera that a very alike and need to be cut in half to see if they 'blue' and where. Also looking at the spores helps clarify the ID. These are mycorrhizal most probably with a nearby Eucalyptus species. Therefore the tree/trees will be getting extra nutrients and thus be healthier and the fungus will be getting carbohydrates from the tree as it can photosynthesize and the fungus can't.
