With those pale margins on the gills (lamellae) due to cystidia, the yellow tinge to the brown of the lamellae and the cap (pileus) surface, which looks slightly fibrous and possibly starting to form splits which is a give away id characteristic of, what I suspect this may be, an Inocybe. What do you think Teresa?

Thanks Pam, I actually had it named on file on my computer as an Inocybe sp. Must have had a blankety blanks.
