Best guess is Peron's Tree Frog, however photo's don't show enough of the distinguishing characteristics needed to confirm beyond doubt imo.

Definitely Peron's as you can see the distinct marking on the back. If you download the image and blow it up a bit you can see the green blotches on the back as well. A dreadful year for frogs so far.
