I'd suggest Apricia as the genus, though not A. jovialis. The platform here would not let me suggest this??!! Definitely a salticid.

Looks similar to an image of Apricia jovias at http://www.arachne.org.au/01_cms/details.asp?ID=1856 except that the pedipalp hairs are not as white in this sighting.
