Plant regenerating after fire and rain. Growing in an ex-pine plantation (harvested 3 years ago), which was showing good signs of regen before the fire.

More likely to be Lomandra, Though you will need to wait till it has leaves with tips that are not withered to have a stab at the species,

Hi Betty! We thought it was Xanthorrhoea because the leaves had a triangular cross section. Does Lomandra have this same re-growth shape?

No they don’t. They look flat in the photo.
