So sorry it has taken me such a long time to id this fungus for you. I'm just trying to catch up on a backlog! This is an unusual looking Amanita a genus that is mycorrhizal (myco - fungus, rrhizal - root, fungus root) with the roots of one or more of the surrounding trees with both all species in the association benefiting.
