From what I can see of this specimen it has the characteristics of Cortinarius sinapicolor with colouration, slimy cap and cortinarius coloured spore deposit on the stipe. It helps with identification if I can have a look at the gills if possible. If you don't want to upend the fungus a mirror can be used with a bit of practice.
