I have not noticed eucalypt leaves as large as these before - bigger than my hand.

The large juvenile leaves are distinctive for E.fibrosa subsp. fibrosa. Looking on PlantNet and EUCLID the juvenile leaves are ovate to orbicular (or sometimes deltoid) and are 8-20cm long and 4.5cm to 14cm wide. So that would fit with @LisaH 's comment.
