one of the "pigfaces" i'll try keying it when i have time its likely in family azioaceae

I think this is the native Carpobrotus glaucescens, Carpobrotus aequilaterus is similar and exotic may also be in your area. A good way to separate them by habitat, the formert is a plant of sand dunes and coastal areas, while the latter is usually non-coastal.
