Two trees completely infested with this caterpillar. Seemed to be focused mostly under bark and around where limbs joined to the main stem

Lymantrinae. Unlike 24 known Australian Lymantrine species larvae at

so is one of the other 51 species with unknown larvae.
Please can you rear a couple in captivity to get an adult moth for an ID ?
