If this is Amanita muscaria, it is a highly poisonous mushroom.

I'm not sure this is Amanita muscaria. The cap is quite small and there are two very neat bands of whiteish scales near the cap edge - with only one or two small, white flecks inward. I suspect this is Leratiomyces ceres or a Hypholoma. It's a great pity there's no information about the underside of the cap.
