Definitely one of the big Gahnia species but closeup shots of the spikelets would confirm the ID as either G. sieberiana or G. clarkei.

Yes, not definitive, unfortunately, but the spikelets look rather thicker/less elongated than in G. clarkei, so probably G. sieberiana
