Not sure of type of beard orchid - there was one flowering and a separate plant that had just flowered and was spent

This looks like Calochilus paludosus but the photo does not assist with confirming this. A closeup photo of the flower would always be useful. I am having difficulties identifying the strap end of the labellum.
