The sequence of images shows a Potter Wasp collecting wet mud to make its nests. Unlike the type of wasp recorded in sighting 4463644, this wasp collected scrapes of mud but did not appear to vibrate its jaws to liquify the mud, a process which makes it easier to shape the mud scrapes into a ball for carrying. (There was no audible high frequency sound coming from this particular wasp which typically occurs with the other type of wasp as they collect scrapes of mud and shape them into mud balls for carrying). The first image shows the wasp holding the ball of mud between its jaws just before flying off.
