Not sure if I've chosen the correct species of blue-banded bee. The bee was not interested in the flowers. Instead, it landed on a few different branches, even a rose twig, where it began shaking and rubbing its hind legs together. Grooming, maybe? The foliage was wet from rain on the previous day.
