Maybe a male carpet moth? It was trapped between door and screen. The photo was taken from inside the house and the colour is likely a bit off because of LED lighting. With some careful coaxing, the moth escaped.

Worn, I ccnnot be sure its P. sinistaria sslthough the males are more plainly marked and differ from the females.

I suggested this on the basis that there are few species with such flamboyant antennae. Comparing above moth with BOLD

- wing body shape match, scalloped wing margins,
- some specimens have one extra deep scallop on each wing. See left hindwing above.
- Step down, like a square profile gutter along the costa with pale patches on some moths, like above.
- Most BOLD moths have an oval shaped fawn patch in from the apex, as above.
