Buds and adult leaf photos look like E.langleyi.

Buds do look like E.langleyi, this would be a new location i think. What do you reckon @plants

I am pretty sure it is Corymbia eximia, which is very common in that area.
Eucalyptus langleyi occurs from Nowra to the Turpentine Road, but not out here.
The distinctive yellow, square upper stems of the latter are not evident in the photos.
