Not sure this matches L. cirrhosema. Most examples on the ALA have a smaller white patch on head (not yellowish) and the palps either black or white with black tips. Not L. cirrohozona either I think: the palps are plain white in that species but the inner wing patch is yellow not white. Not camptosema because that moth species has a yellow thorax, not black. Limnaecia (genus)?
