No, I don't think so. This moth's crenulated outer hindwing margins don't fit E. macropa,

Again, I'm not sure the outer hindwing margins fit, and the large orbicular wing marking is not apparent. only one example (Domf on the ALA) approaches this dark brown colouration. Too far south.

Yes. iNaturalist's AI algorithm suggests 'Dasygaster (genus)' and 'D. padockina' which after an extensive search, I think is correct. The moth looks worn but three white dots along the outer costa of the forewing match D. padockina.
