Still too immature to be sure. Did it have gills or pores? If you need to see you can use a mirror to look under without having to disturb the fungus.

I suspect it had gills as another mushroom found a few hundred metres don't the track had a similar appearance it had gills this was an impromptu walk and I wall ill prepared unfortunately
