No obvious upturned labial palps, so not Hoplostega. I do not see any Lambula species with a pale subcostal forewing stripe at http://www.boldsystems.org/index.php/TaxBrowser_Taxonpage?taxid=77189 Lepista pulverulenta?
Lucas describes the forewings as "ochreous - brown". Maybe the shade in the photo is a lighting artefact, or it is a dark specimen. The darkness of the skin is often variable within a species.
I am not sure that Threnosia hypopolia has the strong white band along the costa. The faded type, from Museums Victoria, on ALA and the digitally adjusted copy of the image on Moths of Victoria Part 2 (2nd Ed.) CD have the wide white strip.
