Chiriphe equidistans (T.P. Lucas, 1890)

I do not think the head is light enough to be tetramita, also the thorax of tetramita is described as “whitish-ochreous, anterior third fuscous”, while in equidistans it is described as "black, anterior edge finely ochreous and an oval oblong spot posteriorly on dorsum ochreous"
