totally understand teresa. Their stems were not tall enough to get the mirror under and it was a bit spidery to push the grass down.

It reminded me more of my sighting last year (at a different site) that got ID'd as - https://albury-wodonga.naturemapr.org/species/7492. I have had a few Amanita sp and it wasn't that - more dainty.
