The hair bands on the abdomen indicate subgenus Chilalictus, not Homalictus.

Thanks for confirming @PeterA and @donhe.

I wasn't sure on the subgenus of Lasioglossum, but there didn't seem to be an option to just say Lasioglossum. Thanks for advising @PeterA that the hair bands indicate subgenus Chilalictus.
