The bee is a male Lasioglossum (Chilalictus) lanarium, but for some reason this page is not allowing that assignment.

thanks @micheal.batley - perhaps because it's not listed as a Southern Highlands species? @Curiosity - as a moderator are you able to add this confirmation in?

Hi @Span102. Michael also is a moderator for Southern Highland bees and his ID is listed as a global species. His confirmation should have worked but I've had a few hiccups with the system lately. I'll give it a try and see if anything has changed.
