It looked like it was 'in flower' from a distance, but actual it wasn't - these heads were all seed heads. Trip was nearly a non-starter. When I arrived I realised a friend had travelled interstate with me - a huntsman spider on the inside door of the drivers side appeared just as I was parking! managed to flick it out - no photo!
