A small butterfly I believe to be in the ‘Blues’ category, which has, finely patterned, very pale fawn coloured wings on the outside (underside), with 2 relatively large dark brown marks on the lower outer edge of the fore wings. It appears to be grey brown on the inside of the wings, which I recall having a feint tinge of (slightly iridescent) deep blue over most of the in, (or upper), side of both wings, which fades out towards the brownier colour of the perimeters. It appears to have dark brown eyes and pale fawn legs. I suspect this is a Varied Dusky Blue ((Candalides hyacinthinus).
