C. delocentra and C. nigricincta do fit the markings and colourings seen to be present.

But if the front legs of C. nigricinctra are more robust a heavily black than this might well be C. delocentra'

The front legs on C. delocentra and C. nigricincta in the photos on LBH look very similarly black and white banded like this.
