User's notes

A black-brown fly, with dark brown translucent wings, which are longer than the body. Antennae connected at the centre front of head, well away from the eyes which appear to be round, from above. The antennae appear relatively short with the outermost 1/3 looking thickened. Black-brown legs, with the forelegs a cream colour, and the feet brown. There may be very fine cream coloured lines delineating the back end of the pronotum and possibly between the eyes.
