User's notes
This grasshopper has a knobbly surface to its thorax, similar to that of sightings 4672678 & 4672681. It is a medium dark yellow green colour with many small, and several larger, black markings, including what appears to be 2 thick parallel black stripes down the dorsal surface of the abdomen,2 large black patches on the upper rear leg, and 2 short black line on the sides of the upper thorax. There is a black-brown mark on the stubby wings where they join the body, and a short black line on the side of the head extending from the bottom of the eye towards the mandible. I’m curious to know how this specimen may be related to the ‘hoppers’ of sightings 4672678 & / 4672681.
