User's notes

Healthy saplings, vigorously growing, with features characteristic of this species showing here including the growing tip green not rusty hairy (as P. australiana has), nodes on the rachis at the joints with the oppositely arranged leaflets (hence the species epithet), and so on. Edge between Atika Creek forest and grass paddock north from the library. Nguma Bada Campus (James Cook Uni.), Smithfield, Cairns region. 2022 March 29th 11:47–11:47 am .
