Found a larger one further over. Looked like a peppercorn tree - very weeping but more blue than green. This one about 3 M tall and just coming into flower. unusual.

Thanks RWPurdie. Yes you're right. Oh well - at least its made me look up all the different species of weeping acacias! (I didn't know they existed!)
