Looks strangely 'familiar'. CHrysonoma (genus)? Looks similar to C. fascialis, C. menodora and C. sp. ANIC 17 and C. sp. ANIC 56, but none seem to match precisely enough. See

I had not read your suggestion before and discussion and had independently arrived at Micrapatetis icela or something close to that.

I agree most Micrapatetis icela shown on iNaturalist are white rather than yellowish with a wider white band at the trailing edge, but the specimens shown on Bold (Hobern) are more yellowish with a narrower band at the trailing edge.

I had wondered what the 'white' comment referred to. The ANIC ones on BOLD are all distinctly yellow even the very worn one. iNat (even verified) can only be a guide, in my opinion.
