Bold (Hobern) shows un-named species with a reddish rather than yellow band. See here:-
https://bold-au.hobern.net/specimens.php?taxid=7231
A few specimens named as C. macrula from the Brisbane area also show a reddish band. eg.

Cosmopterix is a a large genus with many named species.

@ibaird There is a bit of a colour cast in this image. I based my ID on Meyrick who described the synonym of Cosmopterix attenuatella, Cosmopteryx mimetis. He noted that the two white streaks in the basal half were “widely remote from base and fascia”. He also described Cosmopterix macrula in which he noted the two white streaks “more or less nearly reaching base and fascia”
