Philenora maltheca? (though well outside ALA range)

I agree it;s apparently Philenora (genus). Looking on the ALA this well may be P. chionastis, which although apparently variable in appearance, its distribution does include Queensland. See here:-

The other possibility is P. pteridopola. Distribution is ok. Some of the ones on iNat don't have one of the yellow bands/marks. This one has a bright yellow head & neck.
