Given the size = late instar, not enough bare silk for Metura.

Sticks not parallel so not Clania etc.

I don't think it is big enough to be a late instar. I still think it looks like Metura elongatus. There is a chance the larva is dead/gone so not filling its bag out fully so sticks don't look as spaced out.
