_Meiogyne hirsuta_ shrubs flowering . Healthy lowland tropical rain forest, healthy ground–storey shrubs to 1–2m tall, flowering including beetles likely eating these flowers and perhaps incidently pollinating them, foliage including venation patterns, fruits growing not ripe and habit (all shown here) . (Beetles' sighting: https://naturemapr.org/sightings/4724183 ) . Mossman Gorge, long circuit track, about the first third of the way around regenerating forest canopy gap flat area directly before the rock steps flight up a steep slope . 2015 January 30th 10:56–11:05 am .
