I would like to know what these are. They do not appear to be harming plant. Ants appear to be assisting them?

@Jaxheretoo These are leaf hoppers. Ants feed off the nectar secreted from their abdomen. The photo isn't clear enough to ID to species but they are generally on Eucalyptus.
