User's notes

_Endiandra glauca_ young tree flowering – to do more work to further re-confirm this identification (– cf. _Endiandra wolfei_) . Lowland floodplain and/or drained coastal swamplands, tropical rain forest young tree; flowering well including some details: glands fused to form a disc surrounding the stamens, tepals apparently short ca. < 2.2mm (scaling from my finger tips in photograph 1), etc.; foliage including some details: leaves' under-sides glaucous, and hairs appear here straight and appressed (not tortuous and erect as per _E. wolfei_.), leaves' upper-sides apparently have their secondary veins sometimes impressed into the lamina as well as the mid.-vein, etc. Newell Beach area, highway east side, across the highway from and not far north of Scommozon's farm shop . 2024 May 25th 3:57–4:01 pm .
