_Polyscias purpurea_ trees .
Healthy lowland foothill tropical rain forest, lower–storey,
healthy spreading trees, foliage including some new growth and habit (shown here) .
Mossman Gorge, track side, well after the main River viewing platform and just before the spot where a metal stair case used to be, now a remade track ramp up instead where the tall _Pittosporum wingii_ tree grows .
