_Polyalthia submontana_ subsp. _submontana_ tree, fruiting, ripe .
Healthy lowland tropical rain forest,
lower–storey, healthy mature tree, fruiting ripe and three seeds partly exposed inside these fruits (apocarps) which have had their bottom flesh eaten off, foliage including bits of the details (all shown here) .
Mossman Gorge, long circuit track, start–end junction, together with the end of the lead–in–to–it track .
