Endiandra compressa (Lauraceae) to check this identification (cf. _Beilschmiedia_ spp. and other _Endiandra_ spp.) .
Healthy lowland tropical rain forest,
healthy mature tree's fruits from its canopy above on the ground below . Mossman Gorge, long circuit track, back part between emergency marker post 13 and _Aglaia ferruginea_ sapling i have recorded sighting after this sighting, part recall: just before the large buttressed _Didymocheton pettigrewianum_ prominent tree on the right hand side of this track .
I may look for and find these fruits and their mother tree .
