This does not look like Celllana tramoserica but may be a chiton (the grren band where it attaches makes that more likely) However the photo is too blurry to identify further.

My suggestions for the chitons are far from certain especially when the shell plates are so overgrown with an algal film.

This is a Mulberry Shell, formerly known as Morula marginalba but the genus name keeps changing to Tenguella and now Arakawania according to iNaturalis.
