This plant seems to vary a lot in height from year to year. When Don took it a couple of yesrs ago at Pambula Beach, it was very lanky, and head height.

We have also seen it twice at the top of the cliffs (Pinnacles?) in Ben Boyd national park north of Eden. The second time it was also in the carpark for the Pinnacles. It had come up profusely after a fire.
